Do I have to pay to reserve a home?

Yes. A holding deposit must be paid in order to reserve a home. The amount due is dependent on the home you reserve and will be deducted from your first months' rent. This holding deposit will only be refunded in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Please contact the Resident Services Team for more information.

Is there an initial deposit?

We ask for a dilapidation deposit of one month's rent when you move in (The dilapidation deposit is refunded on condition of the property being returned in a good condition at the end of you tenancy).

What sort of contracts will be available?

We offer flexible contracts anything from 6 months to 5 years, any point after 4 months you can give us 2 months notice to leave. The rent you pay will be reviewed each year in line with Consumer Price Index, we will give you 6 weeks’ notices of a rent increase.

Where is the concierge based?

There will be one of the resident services team on hand to help you with any query you may have and they will be located in the main reception.

Will there be 24-hour concierge?

There will be one of the Resident Services team on site 24/7 located in the main reception.

What other services will you offer?

All residents will have access to our residents portal which will hold details and discounts for local services from personal trainers to housekeeping and even dog walking!

Will there be resident events?

Yes, we will provide regular resident events from wine and cheese tasting, quiz nights and summer BBQs to book clubs and Yoga we have something for everyone.
